Rusty Yaple

Vice President of Facility Services

Senior Living Communities is pleased to announce Rusty Yaple as the new Vice President of Facility Services. In this role, he will oversee strategic planning, maintenance, operations, and capital forecasting for our properties.

Yaple will work with our teams and industry partners to enhance operational efficiency across all 17 of our properties. “I’m excited to be back and to be part of a winning team. I look forward to bringing a hands-on, team-focused approach to facilities leadership while supporting our communities with safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments,” said Rusty Yaple, Vice President of Facility Services.

Yaple is a highly disciplined and passionate leader with over 21 years of experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. In his role as the Director of Facilities Services at Wellmore of Tega Cay, he took on numerous responsibilities, including supporting operations and facilities during the community’s launch and initial growth. Most recently, Yaple served as the Facilities Maintenance Manager for the City of Rock Hill, overseeing operations, maintenance, and capital planning for 48 city-owned facilities. In that role, he led multiple teams, managed large-scale infrastructure projects, and focused on extending asset lifespans while maintaining high safety and service standards.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Yaple coached wrestling for 29 years, working with athletes of all ages. “Coaching has been a big part of my life and has shaped my leadership style emphasizing discipline, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.”
