Members come to us through our independent living community, which offers a maintenance-free lifestyle in either a beautiful, spacious apartment or their very own cottage home. If they require more care over time, members have the option of transitioning to assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehab, which are all offered on our campus. Because we are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), members take comfort knowing their needs will always be met and they won’t ever have to go through a move again.

Members of The Stratford enjoy a comprehensive list of amenities. Our social program includes a variety of daily events catered to a number of different hobbies and interests. Our award-winning wellness program offers daily fitness classes as well as personalized wellness plans. Some of our most popular common spaces/amenities include our clubhouse, café, pub lounge, library, computer center, fine dining room, underground parking, and heated indoor pool. Delicious food is offered three meals a day, with a menu that includes regular items as well as daily and weekly specials.
