Columbia/Lexington Takes Home Highest Honor
Senior Leadership reviews all of the Live Long Well Care branches metrics to see peaks in the year over year numbers. One branch earns the distinguished award based on this information. The Executive Team presents the Supernova Award at the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala Awards Ceremony.
This year, we proudly announce that Live Long Well Care Columbia/Lexington and Shan Williams has been named the recipient of the 2025 Supernova Award for Live Long Well Care of the Year.
The Live Long Well Care teams help lessen the load that can come with daily life as we age and encourage seniors to enjoy their lives more independently. From the smaller tasks to bigger asks, their staff is there to provide a tailored plan that supports their clients’ needs. These plans ensure that each person can live confidently and independently in their own homes.

The Live Long Well Care team at Columbia and Lexington has proven itself as company leaders across all metrics in terms of the quality and quantity of the care they provide. Whether they give care to Members in our communities or outside clients, their team shows consistency in their pursuit of excellence.

Their team has increased Live Long Well Care’s reach to this population from 23% to 31% of total services for the year. With the leadership of Shan Williams, they have increased their billable hours at their locations by 51%.
