Our villa homes have been a popular option ever since we first unveiled them. With floor plans ranging from 700 to 1,410 square feet, they create the perfect living arrangement for people who no longer need as much space or are now living on their own.

The design of the villas enhances the life of our members due to its ease and luxury. The washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen in a separate space-saving utility room. All cabinets are within easy reach in the kitchen, with a complete compliment of all the full-size, major appliances (dishwasher, stove, range top, microwave, refrigerator and garbage disposal). The bathrooms open up to the bedrooms.

All villas have a 24-hour emergency call system and our staff is ready to respond should any emergency occur.

Each villa has a sunroom, providing a terrific atmosphere for book reading, visiting with families, craft rooms or watching the game.

With weekly housekeeping and a maintenance staff there to make sure your villa is clean and that all appliances stay in tip-top shape, you do not have to worry with the mundane chores of daily living any longer.

In case of bad weather or scorching heat, you never even have to leave the building to get to the dining room, parties, your mailbox, the game room or other events inside the clubhouse. Each villa is connected via hallway, with elevators to connect you to every floor. And if you do need to go outside, the parking lots are adjacent to the building making the walk to your automobile a breeze.
