Your happiness and satisfaction is guaranteed, and if for any reason within 6 months of your move-in, you are not satisfied and choose to leave a Senior Living Community, we will refund 100% of your Occupancy Fee, minus any damage to the home. Monthly services fees are owed only for the time you live there.
