Tweaked and adjusted over the last 21 years, we truly believe that we've designed the best floor plans available in the retirement community market. Each home is a single-story, patio design to allow freedom of movement without steps or stairs. With wide doorways, elevated electrical outlets, easily-accessible bathrooms, flexible shelving, and spacious but easy-to reach cabinets, each one of our floor plans was created to give our members a home in which they felt safe, secure and stress-free.

The kitchens are built with a complete compliment of all full-size, major appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, stove, and range top) and plenty of cabinet and countertop space. Most floor plans have a breakfast nook and dining room for enjoying early morning coffee and paper or a night hosting good friends. The homes look and feel spacious because they are, with elevated ceilings and the most popular feature, the flexible and well-used sunroom.
Our basic floor plans range from 1,780 to 2,729 square feet, but all floor plans are simply the start. Every one of our members has the opportunity to enhance their home and personalize it to their liking. After all, it is their home. Whether adding square footage or cabinets, upgrading bathroom tile or hardwood floors, placing plantation shutters or choosing slate for the fireplace…our members enjoy making their new home comfortable and a place that welcomes fun, friends and good times.
